You can't target any specific area to burn fat such as your tummy however if you do regular cardio exercises as well as some weight training this will do the job.

The best types of cardio are running, jogging, swimming, treadmill, elliptical or spinning. Do one of these 3-4 times a week for at least 30 minutes.

For weight training, target large muscle groups such as your thighs, back and chest and you'll find this will help you to burn fat. Train 2-3 times a week and include abdominal work in your routines.

There are many free resources on the internet to give you good ideas for both cardio and weight training.

I'd definitely cut down on the bubble tea, maybe just treat yourself to one a week. Also cut out junk food and try to eat only natural, fresh foods.

Good luck with it!

Regards

Hi,

You’ll make dramatic improvements in your worst trouble spots and most stubborn problem areas if you do simple, yet carefully structured, bodyweight exercises (no weights & no machines) which combine all three types of muscle movement: Concentric, Eccentric and Isometric. This is a crucial factor for man and women that cannot be addressed with typical weight and machine type exercise programs. The only way to combine these for maximum results and SAFETY is by focusing on bodyweight type exercises. Because its basically impossible to achieve this when using weights and machines.

A year ago I was an out of shape with my lower body was the worst, carrying an extra fat on my stomach. My thighs and butt are quite big. After joining a program which i accidentally found while surfing the web for my consultancy project, i have made the dramatic changes and i feel young, healthy and sexy again. Even my legs are much more slimmer then before. The point is, there's a much FASTER, BETTER and CHEAPER way to get fit and melt the body butter once and for all without gyms, weights or fancy shmancy expensive exercise equipment.

Previously, i have tried all kinds of workouts and spending a fortune just to look good while presenting my clients, but without success. I recommend this workout to you because it's affordable and this is the program that finally boost my self esteem. The trainer is a real pro with a Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology and Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science. He could easily be contacted by email or through toll free number and office address display at the site. The success has inspired me to help others and you could contact me at sandra.drift@gmail.com for more details.
References :
Basically any muscle you build is all relative around your stomach area in regards to burning fat in that location, or any location as a matter of fact. You can never target an area and loose fat there. It is determined by your genetics so technically would require gene alteration to work. :-)

The best way to loose fat the quickest in my opinion is through treadmill/running work whilst incorperating interval training. Basically if you are on a treadmill, increase your speed for various distances, say 200 meters to a fast run and then decrease to a brisk walk for the same distance. This ensures your body will not stabalise your metabolic rate (the rate at which your metabolism burns energy) and will keep it as high as possible.

Hope that helps!

Also, no amount of exercise unless you train multiple times a day will result in a flat stomach unless you have incredible genetics if you eat foods that are highly processed, high in sugar and saturated fats!
References :
In depth knowledge of training and nutrition, also I am studying physiotherapy

First off, crunches do not burn enough and won't tone your stomach. Everyone has ab muscles but depending on their diet and excercise it get's covered up by....fat.
I was in the army and I know how to get in shape without wearing yourself out. Aerobics is the best way to lose weight. (And diet but I'll get to that later.) Walking is a good start. 1 mile isn't that far; start from your driveway or whereever and drive 1 mile. Remember the distance and remember the half mile distance. (Mailbox, sign, etc.) Walk every day, weather permitting. ( I walk and run in the rain sometimes, but that's me.) Don't wear baggy clothing, wear something somewhat good for excercising in. You NEED to sweat to burn calories and fat.
It might take a few weeks but everyone's metabolism is different. Check your weight once a week on the same day. After say 3 weeks walk 2 miles. Increase when you are comfortable with it and not feeling serious problems. If you want to spice things up, jog or walk part of it; then jog or walk all of it. Eventually you will get up to it.
As for diet, I can't stress enough. No Fast Food. It has been proven that a Big Mac meal from McD's will take you 8 straight hours on a treadmil at a minimum to burn off. Fat cells are pockets and the more fat you have the bigger they get. It takes either expensive surgery or proper diet and excercies to get rid of. The diet change does not cost extra. No calorie counting. Cut down but do NOT elimintate carbs. Follow your food group rules. Eat more chicken, fish, meat, etc minus the sandwhich bread sometimes. Smoothies make a great meal substitute. Their are recipies that can make a great tasting smoothie. Most of them call for some kind of powder. I cannot stress this enough. Do Not eat anything with a Slim Fast type drink or powder smoothie you make. You are adding calories on calories. You will end up adding twice the amount you need and therefor will gain weight again. The smoothie, if made right, will be like a milkshake and will give you a full feeling so your body won't get hungry.
Snacks should include, pretzels, peanut butter, fruit, raw vegetables, and some candy treats here and there. Bite size only. The small candy bar that runs for about 75 cents or so is mean for two people.
Most importantly have patience. Metabolisms are unique to each person. Check out health.org and similar sites. Also, check with your doctor before starting. You shouldn't have to visit, just give a call. He/she might try and rope you into coming in. Your health is worth more than anything. You can't take care of others if you are not being taken care of yourself.
References :
Treadmill is the highest burning piece of workout equipment. I would say jogging is the best way to burn fat. Sit ups build muscle right in that region so it would help to have fat burning muscle in that area
References :
It's somewhat difficult to follow what you are saying here, but I will try to make some suggestions.

Diet is as important to weight lose as your workout. Don't try to reduce your intake too much. That just triggers the famine response in your body and prevents it from losing fat. Improve the quality of the food you eat instead. I don't know what you mean by "nuggets", but it doesn't sound like a balanced diet, rich in quality proteins and all your phytonutrients to me.

Try mixing up your cardio a little. Twice a week, instead on running 45 minutes, try this: warm up jog for two minutes. Sprint as fast as you can for one minute, then slow it down to a jog for another minute. Continue to alternate one minute of sprinting with one minute of jogging (keep moving, don't stop) for twenty minutes.
References :
no situps dont b urn fat on ur tummy
you cant target weight loss, just beause u do a excercise on that part of ur body doesnt mean u burn fat on that part of ur body
and situps crunches and planks and all the other core excercises usually dont burn as many calories as running, and doing elipticals ands tuff like that.
cardio excercises are wat burn fat. and a healthy diet too. so u need to do running and other cardio excercises, while doing core excercises so when u lose the fat ur stomach will look good
References :
No - any exercise - walking across the street - is better than no exercise.

And on the other end, you can exercise all day. Our ancient ancestors (and modern hunters in Africa) would run all day long as they ran down and tire out animals.
