Instructions: All you need is carpet! Pump out your Mountain Climbers for 30 seconds. Go hard! Then take a 60-90 second break. Then…DO IT AGAIN…AND AGAIN…AND AGAIN. Progress by reducing your recovery time or by increasing your reps. I like to go 30 seconds ON, 60 seconds OFF for 10 rounds.

This manner of training is sure to burn fat in the shortest time. I do no more than 20 minutes of HIIT. The best part is that your metabolism will stay elevated for hours after you’ve finished. Definitely more bang for your buck!
Drop the long cardio sessions. Look around your gym and ask yourself who’s losing weight doing long cardio. HIIT is the key.
